Rineyville man charged with assault By Tpr Jeff Gregory, Public Information Officer, KSP Post 15, Elizabethtown Elizabethtown, KY –Kentucky State Police Post 4 in Elizabethtown responded to a domestic disturbance in Rineyville that resulted in one arrest. On August 26, 2015 at approximately 3:52pmET Post 4 received a call stating that a female victim had been assaulted at 3421 Thomas Road and was being held against her will. KSP Post 4 Troopers arrived a few minutes later and were able to locate Mr. Terry Moore (51) who resides at the residence. The female victim had left just prior to the Troopers arrival and went to a nearby residence where she then contacted KSP. She was interviewed and later refused EMS treatment. After investigation, Mr. Moore was arrested for Assault 2nd, and Unlawful Imprisonment and he was lodged in the Hardin Co. Det. Ctr. The investigation is ongoing by KSP Post 4 personnel.
