Memorial Services will be conducted on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at 2pmCT, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with Bro. Sammy Dick officiating. The family will receive friends after 1:30pmCT, on Sunday until the service hour. Mr. Mickey Van Strong, 54, Cumberland Co., KY (1961-2015) He was born in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN, on Sunday, June 4, 1961, the son of Carl Faye Strong and Virginia Louise Ashlock Strong Williams. He died Thursday, August 20, 2015, in Cookeville, Putnam County, TN, at the age of 54 years, two months, and 16 days. He was a member of Ashlock Church of Christ and Park Avenue Church of Christ and a Grounds Supervisor for the Hoosier Dome. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Faye Strong. He is survived by the following:
