Opening Day win for Adair: Little Miss and Mister KY State Fair Seven year olds are from Knifley and Columbia Click on headline for Greg Thomas photo of Gabrielle & Jasper By Greg Thomas During the opening day of the Kentucky State Fair Gabrielle Rachelle Kemp & Jasper William Kemp, representing the Adair County Fair, won the title of 2015 Kentucky State Fair Little Miss & Mister while competing with over seventy couples. Gabrielle is the seven year old daughter of Nick and Whitney Kemp of Knifley, KY Jasper is the seven year old son of Josh and Jennifer Kemp of Columbia, KY.
