Julia Ann Pittman, Taylor Co., KY (1937-2015)

She was a homemaker, of the Baptist faith, and a bingo enthusiast. She was a native of Casey County, KY, and will be laid to rest in the Allen Cemetery. She was the daughter of the late O.T Allen and Annie Marie Whited Allen. She leaves seven direct living descendants.

Jula Ann Pittman, formerly of Bradfordsville, KY passed away Sunday, August 8, 2015 at her home in Campbellsville, KY. She was 78. Funeral services are at 1pmCT/2pmET,Sunday, August 16, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY. with Bro. Herbie Goff officiating. Burial will follow in Allen Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday, August 15, 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, at the funeral home.



Julia Ann Pittman, Taylor Co., KY (1937-2015)


Born June 26, 1937 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late O.T Allen and Annie Marie Whited Allen. She died Sunday, August 8, 2015, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 78 years, one month, and 13 days.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Jula enjoyed playing bingo. Survivors include:
  • A son: Robbie (and Tracy) Pittman of Campbellsville, KY

  • Four grandchildren: James, Donnavon, Austin and Nikkie

  • Two great-grandchildren: Elijah and Chase

  • Two sisters: Diana Woods and Dorothy Choate

  • Two brothers: Junior and Johnnie Allen
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Jacqueline Pittman; five brothers, Julius, Beckham, Euliss, James, and Otha Allen; and two sisters, Mossie Stafford and Jessie McDonald.
