Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 5 Aug 2015

Indictments brought against 5 individuals. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 5 August 2015:

  • Eddie Summers (D/O/B 04/26/1993), N. McCullum, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00035-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal abuse, 1st degree (victim under 12). Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Kaley Summers (D/O/B: 07/01/1993), N. McCullum, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00035-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal abuse, 1st degree (victim under 12). Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Patrick G. Evans (D/O/B: 03/18/1961), Hudgins Highway, Summersville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00036. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Cultivate marijuana, 5 plants or more, 1st offense. Bond set at $5,000/10%.

  • Jeremy J. Grant (D/O/B: 12/12/1978), Robert Landis Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00037. Charged with 4 counts. Counts 1-2 - Wanton Endangerment, 1st degree. Count 3 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree (on foot). Count 4 - Resisting arrest. Bond set at $25,000-VSB. No contact with victim. No drugs, no alcohol, no firearms, restricted to home, electronic monitoring, allowed to work from 6am-8pm, travel to Green and Taylor Co.

  • Levi Bell (D/O/B: 03/08/1995), Fairview Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00038. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Bond set at $5,000 full cash.
