Adair County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 28 July 2015

Indictments brought against 10 individuals. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 28 July 2015:

  • Aqua Y. Bridgewater (D/O/B 08/03/1989), Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00058. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of marijuana. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 3 - Unlawful possession of a meth precursor, 1st offense. Arraignment Aug 11, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Miles J. Coffey (D/O/B: 02/23/1993), Joe Barbee Ln., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00059. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Manufacture of methamphetamine, 1st offense. Count 2 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or subs. offense. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bail set at $10,000 c/sec property. Arraignment Aug 11, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Brandon K. Greer (D/O/B: 12/14/1989), Dry Creek Rd., Knifley, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00060. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or greater offense. Count 2 - Manufacture of methamphetamine, 1st offense. Bail set at $10,000 c/sec property. Arraignment Aug 11, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • William S. Bryant (D/O/B: 02/23/1986), Young Ridge Rd., Stearns, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00061. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Flagrant nonsupport. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bail set at $6,200 c/sec property. Arraignment Aug 11, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • William D. Bradshaw (D/O/B: 10/03/1960), Hwy 55, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00062. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substances no in original container. Count 2 - Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 3 - Failure to use or improper signal. Count 4 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense or greater (meth). Bail set at $5,000 c/sec property. Arraignment Aug 11, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Megan D. Shuck (D/O/B: 12/10/1994), Joe Barbee Ln., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00063. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Distribution of a meth precursor, 1st offense. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,000 c/sec property. Arraignment Aug 11, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Jonathan W. Grant (D/O/B: 08/16/1989), Hwy 55 S., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00064. Charged with 7 counts. Count 1 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Criminal trespass, 1st degree. Count 4 - Fleeing or evading the police, 2nd degree. Count 5 - Criminal attempt to commit burglary, 2nd degree.   • Jeffrey A. Iames (D/O/B: 10/03/1986), Half Acre Circle, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00065. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Flagrant nonsupport. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bail set at $6,600 c/sec property. Arraignment Aug 11, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Amber D. Wethington (D/O/B: 05/23/1988), 12th Ave. NE 78, Gainsville, FL Indictment No. 15-CR-00066. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Flagrant nonsupport. Bail set at $7,500 c/sec property. Arraignment Aug 11, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Robert Curtis Lawson (D/O/B: 04/30/1984), Rowntree Ln., Louisville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00067. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property, over $500 under $10,000. Count 2 - Leaving the scene of an accident. Count 3 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bail set at $2,500 c/sec property.
