Gardeners' Group Community Potluck Picnic: 27 Aug 2015

In Liberty, Casey County, KY. A Weed 'n Win Contest, for original arrangements of weeds, will be featured. One of South Central Kentucky's most important Garden Events.

"The Gardener's Group" will host it's annual picnic Thusday, August 27, 2015, at 5pmCT/6pmET, the Casey County Extension Education Building, 1517 S Wallace Wilkinson Boulevard, Liberty, KY 42539. No charge the entire family. Please bring a dish to share.



The public is invited to bring anything and everything they would like to sell that is GARDEN related. New or used items, books, magazines, seeds, produce, tools or other stuff, rusty, dusty, or just plain junk.

Tables or space will be available free of charge inside or outside the building.

Individuals, vendors or groups, are welcome to participate. A Weed N' Win contest will be held. Bring an original arrangement of weeds in an unusual container.

Ironweed Native Plant Nursery will have lots of native plants for sale. There will be door prizes, and a table set up for children's activities. Bring the entire family for an evening of fun. For more information call the Extension Office at 606- 787-7384
