C/AC Community Garden will host garden maintence program Focus will be on raised bed gardening Click on headline for complete story with photo(s) By Mike Bosela Join Nick Roy, Adair County Extension Agent, on Thursday, July 23, from 6:30pm-7:30pmCT, at the Community Garden for an discussion of topics related to vegetable garden maintenance (fertilization, disease and pest management, plant staking, etc.) focusing on raised bed gardening. This will be an informal, audience-directed presentation that will use the Community Garden plots for demonstration purposes. The Community Garden is located at the intersection of West Guardian and Monroe Streets (directly behind the Adair County Food Pantry). Parking is available at the Columbia United Methodist Church.
