For more than a decade, the Kentucky bank has supported Lindsey Wilson College students through gifts to the Lindsey Wilson Fund. The Lindsey Wilson Fund provides scholarships to the college’s students. First & Farmers Bank recently donated $10,000 to the Lindsey Wilson Fund to help Adair County residents attend the liberal arts college. "First & Farmers Bank is among Lindsey Wilson’s most loyal and most important supporters," said LWC Vice President for Student Services & Enrollment Management Dean Adams. "Lindsey Wilson College is grateful for its strong relationship with First & Farmers Bank, and we are pleased that First & Farmers recognizes the college as a major piece of the Columbia-Adair County economy. "Lindsey Wilson is committed to making Columbia-Adair County a great place to live and work by providing an outstanding college education to its residents. Friends such as First & Farmers help make that possible." In 2014-15, a total of 338 residents were Lindsey Wilson College students. The 2015-16 school year begins Wednesday, August 19, 2015.
