AC Fire Department extinguishes structure fire

Firefighters respond to mobile home fire on Little Cake Road, arrive in time to quickly extinguish blaze, resulting in minimal damage to the home.

Columbia Adair County Fire Department responded to 1972 Little Cake Rd , Sunday night at 8:42pmCT, on a report of a structure fire. Upon arriving at the scene firefighters found that a mobile home owned by Karl and Kristy Kleiner was on fire showing smoke from center of house area.

Firefighters made entry into the home locating the fire quickly and extinguished it resulting in minimal fire damage to the home.

There were 16 firefighters and three fire apparatus on scene.
