Wanda L. Williams, 73, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 at the Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, KY.

The family chose Care and Cremation and a Private Memorial Service.



Wanda L. Williams, 73, Russell Co., KY (1941-2015)


Wanda was born in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD on July 27, 1941 a daughter of the late Elnor (Wenbourne) and Monroe Williams. She died Saturday, July 4, 2015, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 73 years, 11 months, and seven days.

She worked as a laborer before retirement.

Wanda is survived by the following:
  • Two daughters: Kim Morrison, of Liberty, KY, and Penny LeClair, of Russell Springs, KY

  • A son: James Pinkstaff, of Russell Springs. KY

  • Sister: Lucinda Schoellerman, of Sioux Center, IA

  • A brother: Lester Williams, of Canton, SD

  • Six grandchildren

  • Five great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William Desmone, and six siblings.
