Lebanon/Campbellsville, KY, couple, arrested in Raywick, KY

Single meth charge alleged against woman; man faces numerous allegations including drug and driving charges including no Registration plates. Both lodged in Marion County Jail.

BR> LEBANON, KY – 39-year-old William Mattingly, of Lebanon, KY, and 37-year-old Mary Mattingly, of Campbellsville, KY were arrested on Saturday, July 4th at 12:24 and 12:41amCTT, 2 miles east of Raywick on KY 84.



William Mattingly was operating a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer and was charged with No Registration Plates, No Registration Receipt, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, DUI 3rd Offense (Aggravated Circumstance), Driving DUI Suspended License and Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense (1st Degree Meth).

Mary Mattingly was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (1st Offense Meth).

Both were lodged in the Marion County Jail, Lebanon, KY. Tpr. Lincoln Lawless is investigating.
