Dorothy Murrell Durham, 78, Casey Co., KY (1936-2015) Dorothy Murrell Durham passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the Liberty Care Center. She was 78 years old. Funeral services are 11amET Saturday, July 4, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Kevin Pittman officiating. Burial will follow in Middleburg Cemetery. Visitation is Friday, July 3, 2015 at the funeral home from 5-9pmET. Born October 4, 1936 in Lincoln County, KY, Dorothy Murrell Durham was the daughter of the late James Carroll Smith and Lizzie Dow Lucas Smith. She was a member of the Grove Ridge Baptist Church and a former employee of Cowden's Manufacturing Company. Murrell was a dedicated homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Murrell held to a strong Christian faith and was an inspiration to all. Survivors include:
