Pressure canner class at AC Extension Service 15 Jul 2015

Low acid foods must be processed in a pressure canner, however, many people are afraid to use one! This class will cover the basics of using a pressure canner and important safety measures for canning success. There will be class covering the basics of pressure canners at the Adair County Extension Service, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY,starting at 1pmCT, Wednesday, July 15, 2015; pre-registration is required before July 10th and is limited to the first 15 participants.
