Adair Co. Clerk Lisa Greer says office has computer trouble today

UPDATE 2:43pmCT, Tue 30 Jun 2015: Clerk Greer called to say the computers are back up and running again. Transactions are now being handled quickly

County Clerk Lisa Greer called at 12:30pmCT, to let the public know that there is a major problem with Commonwealth of Kentucky Computers in Frankfort today.

"Sometimes we can complete a transaction, sometimes we can't," she said.

Clerk Greer said that the State is aware of the problem and is working to get them up and running again.

"I just want everyone to know, before making a trip to the courthouse, that they may encounter delays," she said. "We'll notify ColumbiaMagazine.com and other local media as soon as the system is functioning properly," she said.

The clerk's office is located in Suite 3, Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. The phone number is 270-384-2801.
