KSP arrests Adair Co. man following foot chase By TFC Wm. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - 26-year-old Joshua Foley was arrested today at 4:39pmCT, Mon 22 Jun 2015, on Jamestown Street in Columbia. Foley was charged with Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree (on foot) and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Additional outstanding warrants were also served. Foley was lodged in the Adair County Jail.
