Taylor County man arrested on multiple charges TFC Billy Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY (Campbellsville, KY - 49-year-old Kenneth L. Agee, of Campbellsville, was arrested today at 1:09pmCT, 2.5 miles south of Campbellsville on Smith Ridge Rd. Agee was charged with Assault 4th, Fleeing/Evading Police 2nd (on foot), No Registration Plates, No Registration Receipt and Failure to Produce Insurance Card. Agee was arrested after a short foot pursuit that occurred when Tpr. Josh Dicken was flagged down by a female on Smith Ridge Road, and alleged that she had been assaulted by Agee.
