Celia Downey: A Tribute to Peggy Brockman She showed humanity to all she knew By Celia Downey Peggy Brockman had the qualities needed for Adair County to memoralize her legacy. Peggy was kind and caring to the people that she came in contact with. For many years she delivered those food plates filled with home grown vegetables and the special of the day at the Circle R. She became a part of the Adair County culture. Peggy, with her sincere smile, showed humanity to those she knew. Hard to find Humanity these days. Peggy loved her sister, it was evident throughout her life, and now they are together again. - Celia This story was posted on 2015-06-10 14:09:39
