Walter C. Curry, Adair County, KY (1928-2015)

He was a native of Columbia, KY, and a resident of Clermont, IN, at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Luther & Mary Elizabeth Bennett Curry, and the widower of Marie Curry. He leaves 44 direct living descendants. He retired from Lilly Industrial Coatings and was a member of Friendly Church of the Nazarene and the Atomic Chemical Workers.

Walter C. Curry, 86 of Clermont, IN, died June 1, 2015, in Indiana.

Funeral service: Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 9amCT/10amET at the Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur Township Funeral Home, 5463 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis, IN Visitation was Friday, 3pm-7pmCT/4pm-8pmET, at Flanner and Buchanan Burial to follow the service in the Floral Park Cemetery, 425 N Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN.



Walter C. Curry, Adair County, KY (1928-2015)

He was born June 18, 1928 in Columbia, Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late Luther and Mary Elizabeth Bennett Curry. He died June 1, 2015 at the age of 86 years, 11 months, and 14 days.

Walter retired from Lilly Industrial Coatings and was a member of Friendly Church of the Nazarene and the Atomic Chemical Workers.

Mr. Curry was preceded in death by his wife Marie Curry and by eleven brothers and sisters

He is survived by the following:
  • His three sons: Bobby (Cathy) Curry, Jimmy (Micaela) Curry, and Nick (Janice Reagan) Curry

  • Three daughters: Sandra (Larry) Taylor; Cathy Ann (Doug) Robertson, and Carolyn Curry

  • Fifteen grandchildren

  • Twenty-one great-grandchildren

  • And two great-great-grandchildren
