LWC Softball No. 2 in NAIA Softball Postseason Top 25 Poll

Blue Raiders finished the 2015 season as the national runner-up

COLUMBIA, KY – The Lindsey Wilson softball team matched its highest ranking in program history at No. 2 as the NAIA Softball Coaches' Postseason Top 25 Poll was released Wednesday June 3, 2015. Lindsey Wilson also received a No. 2 ranking in the March 17 poll earlier this season, which broke the previous highest ranking of No. 4.



The Blue Raiders received a total of 452 total voting points from the panel of national raters.

Lindsey Wilson had a record-breaking season in 2015, setting new marks in program history for most wins (53), winning streak (33-straight) and advancing to the national championship game for the first time in program history.

National champion Auburn-Montgomery (AL) holds the top spot in the poll with 467 voting points and all 17 first-place votes. - Charles Balcom. News from Lindsey Wilson College.
