Worth talking about: The Taylor family tradition Academic star Aaran Taylor is a pleasure to be with; he's smart and he is diligent. It didn't just happen. He had an excellent role model - his mom, Amanda Taylor - for both he success in academics and being a person to be counted to be there, every day his entire academic career. Click on headline for story with photo(s) By Shamarie Claiborne, Media Coordinator Adair County School District, Columbia, KY There are some things just worth talking about! Senior Aaran Taylor is not only a great student who is a pleasure to have in class, but he is also well spoken and always has a smile on his face. His academic record speaks for itself. Just an all around good kid, but there is something about Aaran many may not know. He has never missed a day of school. Aaran started school in the Adair County School System in preschool and has had perfect attendance his entire academic career. And that isn't the entire story. His mother, Amanda Taylor, had K-12 perfect attendance during her academic life. We always want our children to accomplish more than we did. So Amanda is one proud mother since Aaran has broken her family record by one year. Congratulations to Aaran for having the fortitude and determination to reach such a lofty goal. And kudos to his mother, Amanda, for instilling the importance of education and attendance in Aaran. It is a key factor in success not only in school but the real world. We wish Aaran good luck and success in all his endeavors after graduation this year. We know he will go far with his excellent work ethic and attendance practices!
