Adair County Grand Jury returns indictments 19 May 2015

Charge cover wide range, from flagrant non-support, manufacturing met and other charges, rape, to promoting contraband
Indictments brought against seven individuals, 9 June 2015

The Adair County, KY Judicial District Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on 19 May 2015:

  1. COY D. MORRISON, JR. . (D/O/B 12/22/1974), Jay Wheeler Road, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 15 CR00015-034 Charged with one count(s). Counts 1 - Flagrant Non-Support. No Bond. Arraignment 9 Jun 2015 at 1pmCT.
  2. JENNIFER ROWELL . (D/O/B 04/13/1974), Jr. Loy Road, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 15 CR00035-001 Charged with one count(s). Counts 1 - Flagrant non-support. Bond: $1,000. Arraignment 9 Jun 2015 at 1pmCT.
  3. TYLER P. YARBERRY . (D/O/B 03/04/1985), Hwy 900, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 15 CR00015-036 Charged with five count(s). Count 1 - Unlawful posession of methamphetamine precursor, first offense. Count 2 - Possession of Drug paraphernalia, (Firearm enhancement). Count 3 - Possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (Firearm enhancement). Count 4 - Manufacture of methamphetamine (Firearm enhancement). Count 5- Receiving stolen property (Firearm) . Bond: Summons. Arraignment 9 Jun 2015 at 1pmCT.
  4. LOGAN B. TURNER . (D/O/B 10/08/1991), Wright Drive, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 15 CR00015-037 Charged with one count(s). Counts 1 - Manufacture of mephetamine. (Firearm enhancement). Bond: $10,000. Cash. Arraignment 9 Jun 2015 at 1pmCT.
  5. DUSTIN M. WILSON . (D/O/B 12/15/1983), Puchco Creek Road, Eubank, KY. Indictment No. 15 CR00015-038 Charged with four count(s). Counts 1 - Possession of controlled substance first degree, first offense (methamphetamine. Count 2 - Promoting contraband in the first degee. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender in the second degree. Bond: $2,500 c/sec property. Arraignment 9 Jun 2015 at 1pmCT.
  6. JEFFERY L. GILBERT, JR. . (D/O/B 12/12/1992), Goodwin Road, Columbia, KY.. Indictment No. 15 CR00015-039 Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Rape in the third degree. Bond: $25,000 cash. Arraignment 9 Jun 2015 at 1pmCT.
  7. DENNIS R. FRANKLIN . (D/O/B 06/06/1923), E Hwy 619, Russell Springs, KY. Indictment No. 15 CR00015-040 Charged with one count(s). Counts 1 - Promoting contraband in the first degree. Bond: Summons. Arraignment 9 Jun 2015 at 1pmCT.
