COLUMBIA, KY (4:02amCT - Tue 19 May 2015)- I am up and ready for the day. Homemade pimento cheese, strawberries in the snow, and potato salad ready to go for an exciting day at S. Columbia #2.

Getting up at this time of night is unusual unless one of the girls is in trouble. I will need some help staying awake today so stop by and do your civic duty and help keep the crew going through this long day.

We will be there all day from 6 am to 6 pm so we will be waiting for you to come on by.

If you have recently moved, it might be a good idea to call the clerk's office and ask which precinct you need to go to in order to vote before heading out.

These ladies will be there and happy to assist you in any way they can to get you headed in the right direction.

Please be patient with us and if you haven't updated your voting information in a while please ask us to help you do so.

So time is running short and I must get dressed and head on out. Wouldn't want to have a wardrobe malfunction on a busy day like today.

Again, Happy Election Day to all Adair County voters.

- Victoria Pike, Citizen
