Road Columbia, KY. Funeral service will be Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 11amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. David Kemp officiating. Interment in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 4pmCT, Monday, May 18, 2015, at the funeral home. Samantha Lynn Young, 23, Adair County, KY (1991-2015) She was born on Friday, October 4, 1991 in Hamburg, Berks County, PA. She was the daughter of Gordon Young & Sharon L. Young. She died Friday, May 15, 2015, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 23 years, seven months, and 11 days. She is survived by one brother G Young, and her parents, Gordon and Sharon L. Young, all of Columbia, KY, and the following:
