He was in his junior year at Metcalfe County High School, Edmonton, KY. He was the son of the late Glenda Faye White. He was one of five siblings. He was a member of a respected South Central Kentucky family with strong ties in the Metcalfe, Barren, and Hart Counties and elsewhere

Jacob Dyllon White, age 17, of Hardyville, KY, died Friday, May 15, 2015 near Edmonton, KY, as the result of automobile accident.

Funeral services will be held 1pmCT, Monday, May 18, 2015, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, in Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Thompson Family Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10amCT, Monday until service time.



He was a Junior at Metcalfe County High School and the son of the late Glenda Faye White.

He is survived by the followin:
  • Three brothers: Jeremy and wife Elizabeth White of Hardyville, KY; Cody White and Kim of Edmonton, KY; and Scott Thompson of Edmonton, KY

  • One sister: Prissy and husband Steve Chapman of Edmonton, KY

  • Grandparents: Chunk White of Hardyville and Shirley Dillard of Danville, Illinois.

  • His step father: Wayne Poynter of Knob Lick, KY
