Writer supports AC Fire Department decision on fire dues/tax bill

Personal Commentary

Kenny Absher writes:

I am proud of our fire department and there have been some lean years where I could not pay my dues. You provide an appreciated service, volunteering your time, you spend many more hours in training, when you collect for Crusade for Children you give freely from the heart.

I salute your dedication and service to our community. In this day of tax, tax, tax and all studies show the same result that government wastes $0.51 of every tax dollar they collect, your decision impacts a majority of our residents and lives. Thank you, Kenny Absher Cane Valley, KY. - Kenny Absher
