Volunteer groups can raise money in the Annual Spring Cleanup Judge Executive Michael Lee Stephens and the Adair County Fiscal Court ask everyone to be a proud volunteer of the "Keep Adair County Clean" team. During the month of May, non-profit organizations, such as clubs, churches, relay teams, fire departments, ball teams, cheerleaders, etc., within Adair County can earn extra cash by picking up litter from Adair County's roadsides. Each group may clean up to 3 miles of roadway (to include both sides of the road). Groups will receive $50.00 per mile, up to a maximum of $150.00. Registration is required, and a waiver form must be filled out for every participant. To register your group, or for more information, contact Judge Michael Lee Stephens Office 270-384-4703.
