Free tipping at the Transfer Station May 8 & 9, 2015 Judge Executive Michael Lee Stephens and the Adair County Fiscal Court are offering free tipping on May 8 and 9, 2015, where residents of Adair County can dispose of unwanted items and materials. Free tipping will be offered at the Mid-State Transfer Station, 877 L Willis Road, Columbia, KY, on Friday, May 8, 2015 from 7amCT to 3pmCT and Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 7amCT to 12pm noon CT. NOTE: Paint will be accepted only if it has been dried with either sand and/or cat litter. Any items deemed unacceptable will be turned away. The following items will NOT be accepted:
