Adair County Grand Jury returns indictments TUE 28 Apr 2015

Indictments brought against eight individuals.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 28 Apr 2015:


  • Travis D. Crew (D/O/B: 06/07/1983), Covenant Ave, Dunnville, KY. Indictment No. 15-CR-00027. Charged with 9 count(s). Count 1 - Operated a motor vehicle with one or more headlights not in compliance. Count 2 - Wanton endangerment first degree. Count 3 - Fleeing or evading police, first degree. Count 4 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree. Count 5 - Operating a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of or above .08 or while under the influence of alcohol or other substance (aggravating circumstance) First Offense. Count 6 - Reckless driving. Count 7 - Resisting arrest. Count 8 - Speeding. Count 9 - Failure to produce insurance card. Bail set at $5,000 surety, with conditions: Mother to sign surety, remain at mother's home, attend Adanta 3x week until rehab. Arraignment May 12, 2015 at 1pmCT

  • Barry Luttrell (D/O/B: 02/17/1987), Patterson Rd., Yosemite, KY. Indictment No. 15-CR-00028. Charged with 2 count(s). Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense (meth). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,000 cash. Arraignment May 12, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Keisha Renee Coleman (D/O/B: 01/03/1985), Mithcell St., Junction City, KY. Indictment No. 15-CR-00029. Charged with 1 count(s). Count 1 - Flagrant Nonsupport. Bail set at $2,500 cash. Arraingment May 12, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • William H. Hardin, III (D/O/B: 12/13/1993), Rock Bridge Rd., Lexington, KY. Charged with 1 count(s). Count 1 - Rape in the First Degree. Bail set at $100,000 c/sec prop. No contact with victim or family. Arraignment May 12, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Keaton A. Colyer (D/O/B: 07/24/1991), Hopkinsville, Greenville, KY. Indictment No. 15-CR-00031. Charged with 1 count(s). Count 1 - Receiving stolen property over $500 but under $10,000. Bail set at $2,500 cash. Arraignment May 12, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Kaywood Smith (D/O/B: 09/04/1979), Ranking St., Monticello, KY. Indictment No. 15-CR-00032. Indicted on 2 count(s). Count 1 - Receiving stolen property over $500 but under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender 2nd second degree. Bail set at $20,000 c/sec prop. Arraignment May 12, 2015 at 1pmCT

  • Matthew Lynn Sullivan (D/O/B: 12/14/1965), Ranking St., Monticello, KY. Indictment No. 15-CR-00033. Indicted on 2 count(s). Count 1 - Receiving stolen property over $500 but under $10,000.
