Shannon Sexton - You may be young but sure seen wise. I want you and other younger citizens to become more involved in community leadership. And, yes let's consider the merger of City and County governments. It seems such a clear choice, it make me question if I'm missing something? Hopefully we will have these discussions in the near future. --Ben Arnold
