Questions we're receiving on the decision to Appeal

Still no answers. Questions are arriving on yesterday's are arriving, latest question at top:
  • Why was an emergency meeting of the Board of Elections necessary on April 22, 2015, if the filing of the appeals deadline is April 26? Why is can't an "emergency" session of City Council be held to address the issue of paychecks for Police and City employees? Or can most city employees go without paychecks until later?
  • When was the Mayor's seat vacated? And who has the authority to re-instate
  • What about the city employees paychecks? When will we know for sure?
  • Was there a legally constituted quorum to make the decision the County Board of Elections made, considering that only two of four voted
  • Have the skins and shirts switched sides on the question of costs? (Before the decision was made to appeal, the Hardwick faction was outraged about the costs. After the decision to appeal was made, those generally backing Ben Arnold and others are more concerned about the costs.)
  • Does anybody realize that this is the COUNTY Board of Elections
Questions submitted carry more credibility if signed. However, so long as anonymous questions are submitted in the manner of Civil Discourse, we will make every effort to get questions posted.
