She died Thursday, April 16, 2015, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 84 years, five months, and 27 days. She was of the Methodist faith, and a former waitress. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Allen Hulse; four sisters, Pansy Logan, Catherine Wray, Ruth Harris, and Annie Hulse; and two brothers, Otis Barger, and Jim Barger; and one great granddaughter, Samantha King Survivors include:
