Stephens administration issues statement on EMD/911 By Holly Grimsley Adair County Deputy Judge/Executive COLUMBIA, KY (Mon 13 Apr 2015) - Official notice of his resignation was submitted today by Adair County EM Director, Greg Thomas and effective this date, Monday, April 13th, 2015. Mr. Thomas stated he was proud to have been "part of the Adair County Emergency Management team for 23 years" and wanted to "wish it continued success." From Judge/Executive Michael Lee Stephens, " we appreciate Greg's dedicated service of 23 years and will continue to work with him in his existing capacity as 911 Director".
