Charles Marshburn: The Scientist and the election?

Written in response to Dr. Ben Arnold essay, which we titled: "A scientist looks at Pawpaw culture" posted 12 Apr 2015.

Yes, we all do. But isn't it better that Judge Vance get it right and do it early? A late Friday check at the Adair County Court Clerk's office found that the ruling on the Tuesday, November 4, 2014 Mayoral Election had not yet reached the Clerk's office. The question bears on serious issue, trust in the electoral process - basic to our democracy. Not at all on personalities, we patiently believe. - CM
