Green County Grand Jury returns indictments 1 Apr 2015

Three indictments brought against 3 individuals: One from Columbia, KY; one from Green County, KY, and one from Greensburg, KY. Include offenses of sexual nature.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 1 Apr 2015:

Thomas Williams (D/O/B 06-04-1988), Hwy 910, Russell Springs, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 13. Charged with three count(s). Count 1-3 - Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, (Class D Felony) Bond: $30,000 cash. No contact victim nor her family.
Evans Momanyi. (D/O/B 07/15/1978), West Barbie Street, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 14. Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Rape 1st Degree, (Class B Felony) Bond: $40,000 Cash. No contact victim, nor her family
Howard Beams (D/O/B 04/07/1985), Albert Smith Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 15. Charged with seven count(s). Count 1 - Prohibt use of Electric Communication System to Procure Minor/Peace Officer regarding Sex Offenses. (Class D. Felony). Count 4-6 - Use of Minor under 18 in Sexual Performance (Class C Felony). Count 7 - Unlawful transaction with a Minor Thrd Degree. Bond: $25,000 (10%) No contact with victim.

Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
