Marsha Walker agrees lights are hard to see in daytime Marsha Walker writes: I agree with the writer. In the daytime the lights can be barely visible, especially if the wind is blowing. The lights are less visible when tilted at an angle. Drivers need larger and brighter lights to be safe.
