Burial will follow in the Lone Star Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 3pm-8pmCT, and on Friday after 7amCT until time of services. Born August, 2, 1962 in Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY, Kenneth Wayne Blythe was a son of the late Junior Radford and Ruby Dee Page Blythe.
