Russell Springs PD investigating Casey teacher, Russell teacher Chief Joseph M. Irvin stresses that no evidence has been presented to any grand jury pursuing any charges against any employee in any district. By Larry Smith, FM 92.7 The WAVE & FM 99.9 the Big Dawg Russell Springs, KY, Police Chief Joseph M. Irvin, has issued the following state concerning two teachers, one an employee of the Russell County School District, the other of the Casey County School District: "The Russell Springs Police Department recently received a complaint regarding inappropriate communications/interactions between a teacher and student. An investigation ensued which is ongoing. Thus far, the investigation has substantiated complaints against two teachers, to the level that it was deemed necessary to share the most pertinent evidence with school officials.
