She was a native of Black Diamond, Washington, and a resident of Burkesville, KY, at the time of her death. She was a former employee of Suttons Apparel and a former custodian of the Cumberland County School System. She was a member of Highland Chapel United Methodist Church. Robert Morris and Rev. R. Thomas Wilson officiating. Pianist will be Mrs. Janet Hume. Burial will follow in Burkesville Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Monday, March 23, 2015 from 3pm-9pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home. Pallbearers: Dalton Spears, Wes Spears, Darrell Spears, Randolph Johnson, Shawn Stewart, Stevie Wheat. Isabella (Happy) Spears, 88, Burkesville, KY (1926-2015) Happy was born on June 13, 1926 in Black Diamond, Washington. She was the daughter of the late Daniel Coutcher and Rosetta Nelson Coutcher. She died Friday, March 20, 2015, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 88 years, nine months, and seven days. She was a former employee of Suttons Apparel and a former custodian of the Cumberland County School System. She was a member of Highland Chapel United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Austin Spears, two sisters, Carolyn Best and Wanda Troyer, and two brothers, Art Coutcher, and Danny Coutcher. Survivors inlude:
