The Columbia/Adair County Utilities District Board of Commissioners will meet at 109 Grant Lane, Columbia, KY, in a *Special Session at 4pmCT, Friday, March 20, 2015, with the following Agenda:

  10. Adjust April's Meeting Date
  11. Sewer report
  12. Water report
  13. New Business: Consideration of Bids for Demolishing Old Water Plant.
  14. Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Proposed or Pending Litigation on Behalf of CAUD)
  15. Adjourn
*Special meeting: According to Jennifer Carter, there will be public comment at the meeting. The public can attend, but will be excluded from the Executive Session.
COLUMBIA/ADAIR COUNTY UTILITIES BOARD (CAUD), Lenny Stone, General Manager; meets at 6pmCT/7pmET, every second Thursday in the board room of the district at 109 Grant Lane, Columbia, KY. The Board includes Barry Stotts (term expires June 2016), Mike Newton (term expires March 1919), Mike Newton (term expires August 2018), Tim Baker (term expires February 2016), and David Jones (term expires January 2014), and Larry Russell Bryant.
