Melba Renee (Sissy) Bow, age 41 of Dickson, TN, formerly of Tompkinsville died Friday, March 13, 2015, at the Medical Center in Scottsville, KY.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Red Hill Church, 1322 Harlans Crossroads, Tompkinsville, KY. Visitation will begin Saturday at 1pmCT, at the church.

Melba Renee (Sissy) Bowe, 41, Monroe Co., KY (1974-2014)

Born January 24, 1974 she was the daughter of the late Willard Swanger and Carolyn Swanger Hall who survives. She died Friday, March 13, 2015, in Scottsville, Allen County, KY, at the age of 41 years, one month, and 17 days.

She was employed by the Monroe County Board of Education.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by the following:
  • Two sons: Charles D. Hall of Dickson, TN; and Waymond Bowe of Tompkinsville, KY

  • One step brother: Ricky Swanger of Dickson, TN
In addition to her father, she was preceeded in death by her husband, Kenneth Bowe; brother, Jimmy Swanger; and grandparents, Charlie and Melba Dady

The McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Road, Summer Shade, KY, in charge of arrangements.
