A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Red Hill Church, 1322 Harlans Crossroads, Tompkinsville, KY. Visitation will begin Saturday at 1pmCT, at the church. Melba Renee (Sissy) Bowe, 41, Monroe Co., KY (1974-2014) Born January 24, 1974 she was the daughter of the late Willard Swanger and Carolyn Swanger Hall who survives. She died Friday, March 13, 2015, in Scottsville, Allen County, KY, at the age of 41 years, one month, and 17 days. She was employed by the Monroe County Board of Education.
