The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, , KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 10 Mar 2015:

  1. Kelly L. Dorman (D/O/B 6/17/1974), Walls Road, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15 CR -00011. Charged with 15 count(s). Count 1, 2, 3 - Theft of Identity 3 counts. (Used the information of Dr. Phil Aaron and Myrtle Gentry). Counts 4 & 5 Theft of Identity 2 counts. (Used info ration of Dr. Phil Aaron and information of Brennon Stamper). Counts 6 & 7: Theft of Identity 2 Counts: (Used information of Dr. Phil Aaron). Count 8, Theft of Identity (Used information of Dr. Phil Aaron) Counts 9 & 10 - Unauthorized procurement of Controlled Substances (two counts). Bond: $15,000 cash. Counts 11 & 12 Unauthorized procurement of controlled Substance (two counts). Counts 13 & 14 - Unauthorized procurement of Controlled Substances (two counts).
