The funeral service for Satie Bohanon was at 12pm noon CT/1pmET, Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Bro. Ivan Jones. Burial is in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation was after 10amET, Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.

Satie Bohanon of Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, was the daughter of the late Raymond Pittman and Axie Elmore Pittman. She was born August 3, 1943, in Green County, KY. She died Sunday, March 8, 2015 in Nashville, Davidson County, TN, at the age of 71 years, seven months and five days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of Fruit of The Loom in Campbellsville.

She united in marriage to Garlan Bohanon September 9, 1966. He preceded her in death April 28, 2009.

She is survived by the following:
  • One son: Raymond Bohanon of Campbellsville, KY

  • One grandson: Sterling Bohanon of Liberty, KY

  • and many other relatives and friends
She was also preceded in death by a son, Jerry Ray Bohanon October 27, 2010.
