Family requests visitation on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 from 2pmCT, until the service time at 3pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home. Stanley Edward Parmley, Cumberland Co., KY (1953-2015) Stanley was born on March 15, 1953 in Cumberland County, KY. He was the son of the late Elmore Rowe and Celia Parmley. He died Sunday, March 8, 2015, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, Ky, at the age of 61 years, 11 months, and 24 days. He was a Christian, and a veteran of the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Jimmie Parmley, C.W. Parmley, and Al Preston Parmley; three half brothers, Mann Rowe, Will Rowe, and John Rowe; two sisters, Rosalyn Parmley and Celia Mae Parmley; four half sisters, Julia Jones, Minnie Carey, Annie Lee Alexander, Sarah Duncan; and a special friend, Linda Pace. Survivors include:
