Traffic Alert: I-65 NB closed at Upton due to semi crash By Wes Watt, Public Information Officer KY Transportation Cabinet, District 3, Bowling Green, KY BOWLING GREEN, KY (9:50amCT,10 March 2015) - Interstate 65 northbound is closed at exit 76 (Upton) due to a semi-truck crash. Motorists traveling wanting to head north toward the Elizabethtown area are being detoured to the Natcher Parkway at exit 20 and then to the Western Kentucky Parkway to exit 43 toward Elizabethtown.
