Dorothy Lee Patton Evans, 48, of Liberty, KY passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the Lake Cumberland Hospital in Somerset, KY. She was 48.

Graveside services are 1pmCT/2pmET, Monday, March 9, 2015 at Salem Cemetery, in Casey County, KY, with Bro. Gary Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Salem cemetery. There will be no visitation. Pallbearers are Derek Evans, Kyle Evans, Cassie Evans, Jeremy Evans, Terry Ekbundit, and Rhonda Patton Garrett.

Born November 6, 1966 in Hardin County, KY, she was the daughter of Otis and Nancy Coffey Patton of Liberty, KY. She died Sunday, March 8, 2015, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 48 years, four months, and two days.

She was a housekeeper, mother, and attended Salem United Methodist Church.

Other survivors include the following:
  • A son: Derek Evans of Liberty, KY

  • Four daughters: Heather Evans, Jessica Evans, Cassie Evans, and Crystal Evans, all of Liberty, KY

  • Four grandchildren

  • Brother, Charles Fields

  • And two sisters: Barbara and Betty Ferguson
