Gov. Beshear issues Emergency Order for trucking industry

Order waives a number of regulations for the trucking industry to expedite delivery of supplies to Kentucky Communities in the wake of this week's snow storms

FRANKFORT, KY (Fri 6 Mar 2015 4:42:45pmET) Governor Steve Beshear's emergency order for truckers pertaining to truck drivers responding to winter storm relief efforts has been posted on the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's website atGov. Beshear's Motor Carriers Documents Declaration PDF

The order, in effect through March 19, 2015, waives a number of regulations and permits to expedite moving essential supplies to Kentucky communities stricken by the recent snow storm.
