Motorists on I-65N detouring to the Natcher Parkway By Wes Watt Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 3, Bowling Green, KY BOWLING GREEN, KY (Thu 5 March, 2015)- Motorists traveling north on Interstate 65 are being detoured north at exit 20 onto the Natcher Parkway northbound and follow the Natcher Parkway to exit 43A onto the Western Kentucky Parkway. The Western Kentucky Parkway will lead back to I-65 near Elizabethtown and help motorists avoid the major traffic backup beginning in Hart County near the 58 mile marker.
