Janice Beard, 68, Russell County, KY (1947-2015) She was born February 5, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Lee Foster and Rena Bryant Foster Chumbley. She died Tuesday, March 3, 2015, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 68 years, 11 months, and 26 days.
