Traffic Alert: I-65 NB is now partially open By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (5:58pmCT, Tue 24 Feb 2015) -I-65 Northbound is partially open at the site of this afternoon's semi collisions near Mile Point 97. Traffic is moving on the left lane. One semi is a tanker truck which must be off-loaded before it can be moved. Traffic remains backed up to Exit 91.
